We send you your offer
We’ll send you a clear offer via email with a full breakdown. If you're happy with the offer, you can accept it via the secure link in the email. If not, simply decline and we'll return your items to you at no cost to the Silvershop location you submitted your items through.
Collect your gift card
Accept the offer and recieve your store credit as a gift card, ready to spend at any Silvershop location.
